As the project lead I was responsible from initiation to the implementation in the entire process. I spearheaded a research initiative, conducting firsthand interviews and teaching diverse research techniques to cross-functional team members. Delegating tasks efficiently, I implemented strategies to meet project objectives. Responsible for budget allocation and financial management, I ensured resources were optimally utilized. From inception to completion, I directed and led the entire process. Maintaining a detailed process book for reference, I documented each step thoroughly. Finally, I presented the project's development to BMW stakeholders, incorporating their feedback for refinement.
